General Terms and Conditions: Greenroom Mayrhofen / www.greenroom.at Conclusion of contract Contract party for all orders is Greenroom, Scheulingstr. 371, A-6290 Mayrhofen/Austria. Acceptance of your order will result dispatching goods.
Shipment/carriage You will receive your order if possible as one package by DHL or post packet unless order need to be dispatched or packed separately or cannot be delivered at the same time. You will not result any disadvantages: extra posting and packaging costs will be covered by Greenroom. With prepayment the given timescales are valid upon receipt of the money on our account. Delivery will be made by DHL/post normally within 2-3 working days. We will state on the invoice or inform you in writing if products are not available. Our delivery will be made under reserve of receiving the goods correct in sufficient time ourselves. There will be no compensation for late delivery as far as there is no gross negligence on our website. From an order value of €100 there will be no extra costs for packaging and delivery charged.
General mailing expenses Free delivery will be only for orders from €100 and only within Austria.
Payment options You can choose out of the following options:
Payment per credit card: You can pay comfortable with you credit card: Your credit card will only be debited when the goods have been dispatched out. We offer you save credit card payment by SSL encoding. Cash on delivery You order the required goods and your will receive the consignment per DHL/post cash on delivery. The amount due has to be paid with DHL/post in cash or per Eurocheque. There will be an extra charge of €5.50 with cash on delivery (€3.50 COD charge + €2.00 delivery charge). Payment by cash on delivery can only be made by customers in Austria. Prepayment You can pay per prepayment and save the extra charge with COD. Transfer the amount due to the advised account. You will find more information regarding this topic in Payment options on our website. The goods remain property of the Greenroom until they are fully paid.
Encoding All personal information like address or information regarding your credit card will be encoded via SSL and are “bug proof” when transferred by internet.
Return of goods/ exchange If an ordered item does not meet your expectations you will have 21 days to return the product. To ensure this period the return of goods in sufficient time is adequate. Important notice: Please return products in original packaging only. The packaging of DVD´s , foil and sealing, has to be entirely undamaged otherwise we cannot take back the item. Please return the items in original packaging of manufacturer. In any case the items need to be new and not worn/used. Please use a box or packet to protect the original packaging of the manufacturer. Of course you can also return the goods to our shop in Mayrhofen.
Note! The customer has to pay the costs for the shipment of the returned stuff! The customer has to pay as well our costs for the shipment! We will pay just the refund minus the delivery costs! Return of goods: In case of returning the goods the received services on both sides and if necessary benefits need to be retuned. In case of degradation of goods we can demand compensation. This will not apply if degradation has been occurred by examine the product as if it would be in store. Handle the product with care to avoid degradation. The customer has to pay as well our costs for the shipment! We will pay just the refund minus the delivery costs!
Guarantee The general legal guarantee period of 2 years apply.
Defects In case of faulty material, manufacturing faults or obvious transport damage please inform the Greenroom or the deliverer immediately. In guarantee appearing defects - customers have the choice whether subsequent fulfillment will be met through repair/mending/touching up/restoration/refurbishing or the delivery of a replacement as well as in case of special legal conditions additional claims for damages, reduction or rescission apply. As far as we grant you limiting legal requirements of a retailer guarantee the details of the terms of guarantee attached to each item apply.
Privacy and security Your data is used and processed only within the legal data protection act.
Applicable law Austrian law is applying under exclusion of UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
